Bending

For the production of steel pipes we use the new PIS series press brake from Colgar Bending Machines.

Thanks to this press brake we are able to expand the production range by greatly increasing the thicknesses and diameters produced, in fact the bending range allows us to reach the thickness of 100mm and diameters up to 36" (914mm).

For us, this investment represents a further step forward to reduce production times and improve the production process by carrying out bending operations, initial pre-bending, radiusing and flap approaching with high precision.
